COMMUNICATION

ALL COMMUNICATION FOR ALL PROJECTS (EXCEPT FOR WEBSITE DESIGN SERVICES) WILL BE HELD VIA EMAIL AT DESIGNSBYCHINA@GMAIL.COM TO PROTECT BOTH THE CLIENT (YOU) AND THE DESIGNER (ME). COMMUNICATING THROUGH EMAIL ONLY WILL KEEP A RECORD OF ALL COMMUNICATION AND WILL PREVENT ANY CLAIMS THAT GO AGAINST POLICIES AND WORK THAT HAS BEEN DONE. THIS METHOD OF COMMUNICATION IS SO BOTH PARTIES INVOLVED CAN HAVE PROOF OF ALL STEPS OF THE DESIGN PROCESS.

PAYMENTS

ALL PROJECTS (EXCEPT THE TEXT/IMAGE BASE ESTABLISHED AND PREMIUM PACKAGES) MUST BE PAID IN FULL. IF YOU'D LIKE TO ORDER THE EXCEPTION PACKAGES MENTIONED ABOVE ON A SPECIFIC PAYMENT PLAN, PLEASE EMAIL ME AT DESIGNSBYCHINA@GMAIL.COM. no projects can be started/completed unless full or final payments are made.

refunds

due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our services all sales are final. if a payment gets disputed I (designs by china) will take necessary actions to ensure I am protected and you will be banned from doing business with me (designs by china) in the future indefinitely.

DESIGN PROOFS

All design proofs are sent to the client through email. if there is no response after 1 week the project will be considered forfeited/cancelled by the client. Forfeited or cancelled projects will not result in a refund of any kind. Forfeited or cancelled project payments cannot be credited for any future projects purchased. i (designs by china) am not responsible for lack of communication from the client. All proofs are to only be seen and shared privately, displaying or uploading unapproved or finalized proofs can result in cancellation of

services by me (designs by china).

turnaround time

turnaround times vary from 3 business days to 5 weeks depending on the specific project. all turnaround times are stated in the details section of the project. please note that turnaround time can vary between quicker/slower depending on the workload at that time. In either case I (designs by china) will communicate that with you as soon as possible. turnaround times are only for initial proofs the turn around can vary for revisions and are dependent on the details that need to be changed.

revisions

all projects have a 5 revision limit. 1 revision equals one change. 1 revision *is not* how many changes are in one message. Each revision after 5 will start off at $5 depending on how detailed the revision request is. New layouts and drastic changes have a higher revision charge. Completely new designs would result in you having to repurchase the product/service and providing more descriptive details of the design request.

 

cancellation/forfeited project

projects are considered "cancelled" or "forfeited" if the client does not respond to the emails they receive within 1 week, then the project is considered forfeited or cancelled. the amount paid will be used as a cancellation fee, which means no refund of any kind and the payment cannot be used for a future project purchase.
